Our Simple Buying Process

We make the process straightforward and will personally guide you through every step:

Choose a Property – Find a home that fits your needs.
Schedule a Visit – Call us to arrange a time to view the property.
Complete an Information Sheet – Provide your basic details for the purchase.
Put Up Earnest Money – This amount goes toward your down payment.
Attorney Review – We forward your information to our attorney.
Insurance Quote – We also connect you with our insurance agent for a homeowners insurance quote (for houses only). You’re free to use any insurance provider you prefer.
Set a Closing Date – We’ll arrange the closing once all paperwork is prepared.
Closing Day – You’ll bring the remaining down payment, pay the first year’s insurance in full, and cover attorney fees (starting at $900).
Property Transfer – The property is deeded in your name, and you officially become the homeowner.
